Hi!! I´m having the following issue trying to register a Cisco Windows Jabber Client in my VCS Expressway.

I presume you're referring to Jabber Video for TelePresence (Movi). Do you have the SIP domain added to the VCS Expressway. In order to register endpoints to the Expressway, you'll need to have the SIP domain added, if it's not added, then you'll need to proxy the registration to the Control.

Hi Patrick!! I´m not using the Cisco Movi.. I´m using the Cisco Jabber for Windows Client version 9.7.1
I´m using the Mobile and Remote Access feature, using the Cisco VCS Expressway-C and the Cisco VCS Expressway-E
In the other hand, i already have configured the domains in the servers.

Ah, you only mentioned VCS Expressway. The VCS Control/Expressway and Expressway-C/E are different products, though similar.
We don't use the Jabber clients, but I believe it would register to CUCM, but maybe one of the other guys that works with the regular Jabber clients and has Expressway-C/E can chime in here and help.

What does your Unified communication status say, can you paste screenshots here?

Hey guys!! I already resolved the issue.
The problem was with the communication between the Cisco CallManager and the Cisco VCS Expressway-C. The TLS was not working properly!!!
I made it work with this config.
Internet -- (TLS) -- VCS-E -- (TLS)-- VCS-C -- (TCP) -- CUCM
Thanks.

Is all you did was change TLS to off in the CUCM config on Exp-C?

I have the same problem in my android jabber
but the tls verify mode is setted to off
I still can not register my android jabber
