VCS Expressway Error

Hi Folks,

Has anyone seen the VCS Expressway error below? And does anyone know what might cause it?  Thanks for your time. 

#932599 - Application failed - An unexpected Software error was detected in python(6614): signal 7, Bus error (Alarm ID 15010)

The issue cleared with a re-boot of the VCS Expressway.

I've never seen that particular error, but if it happens again, recommend you contact TAC so they can see if it's a bug and possibly get it fixed.

We had it once on X8.2.2 and rebooting the box fixed it.

The client came back with the error again so I've opened a ticket with TAC to explore or replace the VCS Expressway. Reboot fixed it also but you can't reboot the box everyday. :) Thanks for your reply!

What's the VCS software version?

We only had this once on X8.2.2.

The software rev that the client is on currently is X8.5.3.
