Hi,
Please let me know which all ports must be opned on firewall for VCS-C and VCS-E Integration and communicaion.

Usually in Firewall configurations, you trust the traffic that is started from inside going outbound and block the traffic inbound that is not a response.
That is the beuty of the VCS-C and VCS-E configuration. All connections are started from the VCS-C on the inside of the network, so you do not have to make swiss cheese of the firewall rules.

Take a look at the documentation, it also depends which services you use on the VCS (sip(s), h323, ...)
if you use tms managtement, provisioning, ...
