VCSE migration

Hi all,

We have 1 Cisco Telepresence Video Communication Server Starter Pack Express (VCSE :-/) with a fan error.

Vendor change other device for us. Now we need replicate it. I think i need do some task:

- migrate license to new server (1).

- migrate configuration to new server (2).

With (1), Surely we will need the help of the vendor again.

With (2), i don't know how to export and import config to new vcs. I don't want to reconfigure it again because there are so many things to do.

Anyone can help me???

Hello,

You can transfer the licenses by your own. please see the below video-

1.    Log into the Licensing Portal
2.    Under 'Manage', go to 'Devices', then 'Actions', then 'RMA'.
3.    Follow the on-screen prompts and enter the required information.
