Hello,
I received a complaint from a user that the can make internal video calls fine, audio and video works fine, but when they make an external call to a vendor they only get video one way, but audio works. I have yet to find out if the vendor endpoint is Cisco or what brand it is (perhaps this matters and is a codec issue/incompatibility).
My next troubleshooting step will be to check if they have this issue with other external calls just to try to narrow it down.
Anyone else experience this before?
