Hi Guys
I'm facing a difficulty determining & planning a topology to implement a Video chat/call from a web page to an Call center agent . Cisco has 2 product in UCCX 10.X :
- Cisco Remote Expert with Video Care
- Cisco Jabber Guest ( with Expressway)
Do any one have experience implementing or sizing this solution, Cisco licensing & call flow is not really clear in this issue . Your help is highly appreciated .

Many thanks for your reply , Yes the Jabber Guest & Expressway configuration is defined in detail in the guide but not the video feature availability & design considerations . If you could provide an answer or a document to that issue it will be really appreciated.
Also The software version (JabberGuest10.5.3.115-New-Install.iso) is not found on Cisco.com , just the update ISO
