Hi,
I have a couple of questions however i will throw out the information first and then let you decide
if you are referring to the one.
Please read the following link.
Where are these endpoints registered?
Also i believe you wanted to say SX20 instead of CX20.
SX80 and 20 both support Multisite, please refer to the data sheet for more information.
Please rate and mark correct if helpful

It'll very much depend on how it is supposed to be used, and how many of the 55 sites need to participate in the same conference or if the calls are just between pairs of endpoints. If you need all 55 sites to participate in a single conference, just the SX endpoints themselves aren't likely to give you a suitable solution and you'll need something like a Cisco Meeting Server. A proper design could also depend on any other call requirements (the ability to call externally?), or also any infrastructure you already have in place and can utilise (CUCM?).
The best recommendation would be to speak with your local Cisco branch and to get a design done in conjunction with them that fits your usage needs.
