View EX90 Touch Panel screen via IP?

We have some CTS-500 and EX90 units deployed on our network.  We connect IP phones to the CTS-500 for users to start/stop and perform other options during meetings.  Using a link like http://192.168.1.5/CGI/Screenshot we are able to see the phone's display and assist users with training, troubleshooting as well as remotely monitor a registration process.

Is there something available in the EX90 endpoints that would allow similar capabilities?

On an EX90 you can take a snapshot of the touch if.when it is directly connected.

With TC 6 Please use

On the latest sw (TC5.1); from the codec’s web interface you will be able to take screenshots of the Touch interface. Short description:

http:///wsgi/translation

Here are the steps to take screenshots:

1. Enable web snapshots in the menu (Touch or OSD menu). By design,  enabling web snapshots is  not possible on web. This is mainly a  security feature to ensure  that remote users can’t do this.
2. Logon to the web interface: http://
3. Enter /translation after the  IP address i.e. http:///wsgi/translation
4. Migrate on the Touch device to the desired menu and click the “Take snapshot of Touch Panel” button
5. Right click on the graphic and “Save Picture as”

I've noticed that with TC6 the path has changed from /wsgi/translation to /web/translation.

Just use the web interface!

It looks different than the interface on touch panel, but you will be able to configure and control the EX90 remotely.
