This VCS is running in a lagacy TMS Agent mode; you are recommended to switch your system to use a different mode.

How do I remove this Alarm?  It is an appliance running version 7.2.3

If you don't use, nor need, provisioning, remove the provisioning key from the VCS.

If you do use, or need, provisioning, migrate to TMSPE.

If provisioning is turned off on the TMS server:

Administrative Tools > Configuration > General Settings > Provisioning Mode

Then you can safely delete the device provisioning option key from your VCS just as Jens has mentioned in his first reply, just be sure to take a note of the key in case you decide to use provisioning later in the future and need to add it back.  If you're running a VCS cluster, you'll need to remove the option key from all cluster peers.

Jens is correct.

Do you use provisioning, and if so, what version is your TMS?

Version 14.3.2

Do you use provisioning, for Jabber Video or endpoints with the VCS?

No Jabber but yes to endpoints--mostly EX60s.  Provisioning is off on the TMS server so does that mean I don't need it?

Hi Craig,

Delete provisioning key and also perform a reboot of the VCS. Make sure you capture the provisioning key information for future use.
