How do we stop the our SXs waking up 10-15 minutes before a "touch to join" meeting is due to start?
We are evaluating the use of a cloud video conference provider (BlueJeans) and want to integrate this with our current Cisco equipment. We want to make use of the "touch to join" functionality with BlueJeans to give users a single join button to join their scheduled meeting. This is supported with BlueJeans Relay and we have set it up without issue.
Unfortunately, 10-15 minutes before the meeting, all of the screens turn on, showing the next meeting. This can be disruptive for people using the meeting room for a non-video conference meeting and we have been asked if we can switch off the "wake up".
Would appreciate someone point me in the right direction.
