Hello,
We have a wave ii camera on a 2000MXP Profile.
ProductType: "TANDBERG Codec"
ProductId: "TANDBERG Profile 2000MXP"
Uptime: 244
Software:
Version: "F9.3 PAL"
Name: "s50000"
ReleaseDate: "2012-11-23"
CameraSoftwareID: "30038"
The camera is detected but is not working (neither video nor control).
*s Camera 1 (connected=True):
Type: WaveII
ID: "0c0e0006"
SoftwareID: ""
Pan: 614
Tilt: 32
Zoom: 101
Focus: 20480
*s/end
Could you confirm if it is possible to test that camera with a 75/95 MXP codec? In that case, is the cable supplied (s-video + rj45 to dsub) compatible?
By other hand, are there any guide to directly upload a firmware to the camera?
Lastly, should a PHD Silver (720p) camera be compatible with a 2000 MXP using the cable supplied in the kit for 75/95 MXP (CAB-P3000-PHD-2M=)?
Thanks in advance.

MainBoard: "101070 rev. 07"
AdditionalBoard: ""
BootSoftware: "Rev. 1.16, 2009-01-21"

Hi Lusian,
yes you can try the wave II camera with the edge codecs using the same cable and Vice versa.
you can used the cable provided with the edge unit as the codec in a 2000 MXP is a 3000 mxp codec and it supports the cts-phd-s camera.
the camera software should get upgraded automatically , i am not sure if there is any way to force upgrade the software on the camera wave 2 or a cts-phd-s
hope that helps
Thanks
