Web Snapshots on C40?

I have set the on screen display to "On" for a C40 codec but my web GUI does not have a listing for snapshots.  Is this possible?

Brad,

Web Snapshots is different from the On Screen Display. In order to enable the Web Snapshots, you will need to have physical access to the codec. You can activate it using the Remote Control:

Remote control and on screen menu: Go to the

Advanced configuration menu, navigate to Video >

AllowWebSnapshots and select On.

I have done that, but when I go onto the web GUI, I do not see any links for Snapshots.

Brad,

You will get the Web Snapshots in Call Control Menu. Please open Call Control and you would be able to see the video feed from the inputs during calls and without calls.
