Hi,

An SX10 registered with cucm can be used to for inbound and outbound video conferencing via the webex bridge.

Couple of useful links are

Hello,

Every CMR-WebEx has aliase for call from endpoints. If your SX10 can to call public destinations, you also can call to CMR-Webex.

CUCM is not mandatory.

Dear sir,

Please call me +91 9643513295

We have webex with cmr services and another side sx10,Now we call our sx10 to webex after 5 second call disconnect.

How is the SX10 deployed, is it registered to either CUCM or VCS, or deployed standalone.  If standalone, CMR Cloud doesn't support this deployment model, as it must either be registered to a SIP registrar such as CUCM or VCS.

Sx10 not need to register

vcs/sip/cucm server, because we dialing Url not dialing number voip .we are using other place same setup.

I'm not saying it won't work though I've never tested it myself, but according to Cisco, standalone SIP endpoints aren't supported.  This is documented in the "Requirements and Recommendations" section of the CMR Cloud Enterprise Deployment Guide (WBS31).

Applied VCS UDP port rules was applied and necessary with out CUCM.

Thanks.

I know this post is a bit old, but I am experiencing this same issue.   j.philips1 you mentioned adding UDP port rule, could you be more specific on what you did to get an SX10 working witut VCS or CUCM?

I can use my standalone SX10 to dial into any other service I have tried except WebEX CMR.  I have used it on Life-size Cloud, BlueJeans and even Cisco Spark and they call work.
