Webex Room Kit Plus Interaction with Panasonic Monitor

Hi Team,

Was hoping that someone might have a nifty idea of how to approach an issue my team has run into while deploying a Room kit plus on CE 9.3.2.

We are using Panasonic TH-65PF50W monitors as we would like to life cycle them. Conferences connect and content is being sent etc but at an undetermined point we lose all audio from the sound bar of the room kit. Could this be the Panasonic monitor taking control of the audio channel away from the codec? and if so would there be a way to get around this?

Below is the log output from the timestamp that this occurred if it in any way helps.

There was a bug in the earlier releases of CE9 that caused this (CSCvj20839).

If you upgrade to CE9.4.0 or above (latest version as at the date of this post is CE9.5.2) then your issue should be resolved.
