When connected to a BlueJeans hosted video conference, content sharing does not display correctly on Cisco SX80s

We currently use Polycomm video conference systems with dual screens and have recently purchased Cisco SX80 systems (also dual screen). The issue we are experiencing is that when connected to a BlueJeans hosted video conference, content sharing does not display correctly on the SX80s – the shared content replaces the main video feed rather than displaying on the 2nd screen. The Polycomm devices are working correctly and the same firewall configuration has been applied for an IP assigned to an SX80 and it does not work. 1:1 static NAT is in place and SIP traffic is permitted for the BlueJeans Network IPs:

Anyone have an idea on how to resolve the issue on the secondary screen which appears to be blank when connected to a Bluejeans hosted conference?
