When will TC7.3 be released? (CSCur23723)

According to the following link it should be released.   7.2.1 is the most current release visible.

Hello Jamie -

Just because a software version appears in the "Known Fixed Releases" area doesn't mean that it has been released.  It just means that it's fixed in that version of software, which might or might not be released yet.

As Patrick has said above, the "fixed" version indicates the software release that will contain the fix, but it may not yet be released.

Given the previous release schedules for endpoint software, I wouldn't be expecting this until around December / January.

Hi all!

Can anyone at Cisco say, if TC7.3.0 does indeed fix the POODLE exploit, why it it is not mentioned in the release notes for TC7.3.0 or TC7.3.1? Not even the Bug ID of CSCur23723 is in there.

Hi

Unfortunately all the bugs are not included in the release notes but rather a subset. The bug search tool will provide enough information regarding where the bug is resolved if you know the bug number, which you probably will if you know you are hit by one (getting the ID from TAC or from a different source). 

TC7.3.0 does indeed contain the fix for the POODLE exploit, the bug search tool also reflects this information.
