WINSCP fails to connect to VCSE

I am not able to connect to VCSE with WinSCP. I have used it before on the VCS. I. Am not sure what changed.

VCSE = 7.1

WinSCP= 4.3.8

File protocol = sftp port 22

Error:

Error skipping start up message: your shell is probably incompatible with the application (bash is recommended)

Chris,

make sure you are logging in as user 'root', not 'admin', I suspect that this is the issue here.
