Hi Everyone,
We have a video infrastructure where
1)vcs control x7.1
2)cucm
3)sme session manager edition
call flow between endpoints
video endpoint->vcs control->cucm zone->cisco session manager edition->cucm->cisco iphones
problem facing
1)while calling to video ip phones from video endpoint ,it not showing the E.164 no(caller ID)
2)audio/video not received while calling video ip phones from video endpoint
attached are the logs of vcs xstat and vcs xconfig

Rashmi,
if you have added the endpoints to the TMS then from the TMS you can modify the H.323 ID of the endpoints.
So that would be a easy process to do it as everything has to be changed from single portal, however still there won't be anything doing it in bulk.

can we change the endpoints H.323 id in TMS by going
system>navigator>settings>view setting>call settings>h.323id

i am hoping with settings you mean to say endpoint settings ??correct...
yes going in endpoint settings and changing the h.323 id will work.
