cisco cms MMP problem

i have a cms in lab environment. cms has deployed in third party server.  i found that i can't response the prompt command.

example:

i input shutdown  then  i can't input confirmed by  "yes". the server looks like hang.

i input  database cluster initialize ,same questions, can not input "yes"

Take a close look at the options from the prompt, they're not yes or no, they're Y or n. Either you enter capital y (Y) or you enter lowercase n.
