From the design point of view you can use Expressway-E as for turn server and web proxy.
in addition to link given by Patrick, also look at the below document, for using expressway for web proxy with CMS.

So CMS Core will be seating inside your LAN and will be utilizing expressway for proxy.

Hi Both,
I have gone through the guide but its not much helpful in configuration especially if i am new and its my first deployment.So is there any other way to do it??
