Software Compatibility

Hi Community,

I would like to seek assistance and verify if our existing video conference system firmware are compatible with CUCM version 11.0(1a)SU2 (11.0.1.22900-14).

The CUCM is currently in version 11.0.1.21900-11 and hitting the bug - CSCux06538 so we need to upgrade.

Our video conference systems are running on these versions:

I have checked the compatibility matrix on this link:

I just need confirmation if the above current video conference firmware will be affected once we upgrade the CUCM. And do we really need to upgrade also the firmware of the video conference systems?

Appears you're running for the most part recent software releases, I would upgrade to the minimum version or newer per the link you provided, however in either case you should be fine if you wanted to stay where you were at.  You can also refer to the TelePresence Interoperability Database to see if there is anything incompatible or issues to be noted with CUCM etc.
