when our systems were upgraded to Version 9.3.1 there were problems calling point to point, so we wanted to go back to the verison that worked until we could solve the issue. However, when entering the Key provided by Cisco, it fails to downgrade through TMS and gives the message that "incorrect software key" was provided.
The key provided to me by Cisco was the same key that TMS already had populated in the box.
Any ideas?

Maybe check if you are using the correct software, there is a s5000xxx (encrypted version) and s50001xxx (non-encrypted version).

Check what version you previously used. ( what currently installed )
