We would like to upgrade our CMS server on our UCSC-220-M4S server. Virtualization guide for Cisco Meeting Server says that it needs 6.0 U3 or 6.5 ESXi. Our server's ESXi is 5.5.
Should we upgrade it?
How can we upgrade it?

I have upgraded it.
Old version was ESXi-5.5.0-2068190-custom-Cisco-5.5.2.3
It can't be directly upgraded up to ESXi_6.0.0_10719132_Custom_Cisco_6.0.3.6 or ESXi_6.5.0_10719125_Custom_Cisco_6.5.2.3
It should be upgraded to ESXi-6.0.0-3073146-Custom-Cisco-6.0.1.1 first

Yes, if the product documentation states that a minimum ESXi version is required, then you MUST upgrade if you wish to have Cisco support.
The procedure for the upgrade can be found on the ESXi documentation at VMWare's site.

Does Host Upgrade Utility contains ESXi upgrade?
Should I use custom Cisco image from VMWare's site?
I tried upgrade to VMware_ESXi_6.0.0_10719132_Custom_Cisco_6.0.3.6_Bundle.zip and had this error
20:59 [DependencyError]
20:59 VIB VMware_bootbank_ehci-ehci-hcd_1.0-4vmw.600.3.69.5572656 requires xhci-xhci >= 1.0-3vmw.600.3.69, but the requirement cannot be satisfied within the ImageProfile.

20:59 Please refer to the log file for more details.
So, I suppose that there is must be some kind of upgrade path for this.
