One more thing; How can I add addtional licen on sx series endpoint . curently some of device has multisite but some device does not.

When I look at the using xsta sys command on the sx cli I want to know that  how can add addtional MultiSite or  addtional license.

on the most recent code version, the CLI command is xcommand systemunit optionkey add, followed by the key itself. You can download the right API guide here for your software version, although I don't think that command has changed:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/collaboration-endpoints/telepresence-quick-set-series/products-command-reference-list.html

If you are asking how to get the key, you would need to consult with the Cisco partner you use to purchase it.

You need to purchase the Multisite licence for each of your endpoints if you haven't already.

The top level SKU to order these for any endpoints you already have is L-SX-SERIES-PAK.

Once you receive the PAK, you can fulfil it on the Cisco License Registration portal and assign the PAK to your endpoint's serial number which will then email you the option key to type in to the endpoint.

It would also be worthwhile checking on the License portal (under Get Other Licenses > TelePresence License to Resend > Enter your serial number and click Search) to see if you already have a Multisite license for your endpoint that just hasn't yet been installed.  This could save you some money if you have already purchased them but not installed them.

For better management you might be needing Remote monitoring options for TelePresence Endpoints , L-TP-RM

Regie

You only need the L-TP-RM option key to see the websnapshots on endpoints when running software version TC7.3.3 or later (including the new CE8.x version).

For endpoints with software prior to TC7.3.3, this feature was freely available (although was broken in many releases), but with the TC7.3.3 release and later, this is now a chargeable option (last time I checked, US$100 list price per endpoint).

It is only required if you wish to be able to view a snapshot of the video being sent and received by the endpoint via its web interface.

This has nothing to do with the ability to use the Multisite option key which is very separate.
