7937 Cannot register

Hi, i have problems adding a 7937G phone to CUCM 8.6.2. The phone displays only  the message "Configuration List UCM".

I installed this file on cucm : cmterm-7937-1-4-5-7-SCCP.cop.sgn

and i put on "device defaults" page, this information on cisco 7937 : apps37sccp.1-4-5-7  and i restarted tftp service

When i reset the ip phone by pressing **1 at starting point, the phone still disapy  "Configuration List UCM" and does not register correctly

Th ip address , the ip address of tftp server are correct. and from the cucm i can ping the phone
