Hello All,
When I call into a 2851 router on the pots lines the caller-id that shows up is 911 after a transfer from unity, there is a plar to the main auto attendant. Does anyone know why this is occuring? Is it telco that is doing that since they assume it will be used for 91 then thats the caller-id they attach to it? Thanks

I suspect you are running into a situation where the inbound call has no caller id and your first dial-peer on the router is your 911 dial peer. Reference this document for the special case where an inbound POTS call has no caller id:
