Hi Team,
Recently we upgraded from perpetual to A-Flex licenses for CUCM, and we upgrade the CUCM & CUAC-A versions to version14,
We had 10 licenses for CUAC-A users in old version 12, can we migrate those licenses to new version?
please I need urgent help before thinking about buying new licenses..

As per the CUAC Perpetual Licensing EOL notice, the End-of-Life (EOL) date is January 31, 2025.
If you have a valid contract, you should be able to obtain the upgrade licenses. However, if you do not have a valid contract, you will need to procure new licenses, as the last date to attach the contract has expired for CUAC

Actually, we have a valid contract for mentioned licenses, but we contacted out provider/supplier, they informed "you can't migrate old licensed to new version and you need to buy:..
