AA Script question:
I have create a custom AA sscript using the GUI. I am on 8.0.2 of CUE.
I am trying to have a call from the AA transfer to 1 ext and if that ext is not answered, i need the call to transfer to a second ext.
How do I download CUE editor if I have a login but it says I need authorization

To download CUE editor from CCO page , you should have CCO account.

Hi Elink,
Within the script it is probably using a Call Redirect step to transfer the call so it should have a few legs below for Busy, Invalid and Unsuccessful you should be able to use the Busy and Unsucessful to add another call redirect here or to transfer the call to the second extension. Just be aware though if the phone your transfering to is set to forward calls to voicemail after you might need to create a hunt group with a shorter reversion time than the voicemail tomeout in that case simply change the extension to the hunt group pilot number and you should be all set.
