While testing an Cisco ATA 191 for registration, I had added into Cisco Unified Call Manager a DN to see if it registers, to which it did. After this, I went to remove the DN, but ended up deleting it (there's no removal option). Is there any way to restore the DN?

Other than recreating it no.

The process is as straightforward , Simply add the DN you previously removed. Then, configure the following: Caller ID, Alerting Name, and Line Text Labels.
Most importantly, ensure you assign the correct partition and Calling Search Space. If voicemail was previously enabled, configure the voicemail profile as well. Additionally, if any call forwarding settings were in place, reapply those too.
That’s it!

If you by removing it meant to remove it from the device, but not deleting the directory number, that should be doable by doing this.
This should keep the DN, but remove it from the device.

If you want to track your action, to find for example extension that you deleted and you can't remember it now, I advise you to go to RTMT tool then Systems > AuditLog View > AuditLog App, and use "Find" option to search by your admin username or the MAC address of ATA, so you can find what you did exactly .
