I've added a new user in Cisco UCCX (an admin role). the user is able to login but cannot access anything. Under the normal headings (ex: System, Tools, etc,) nothing comes up. What am I missing? please help!

If you want the user to have administrator capabilities as well, then go to UCCX >> Tools >> User Management >> Administrator Capability View, find the required user and move it to Cisco Unified CCX Administrator column.

In addition make sure this is not a browser issue where the drop downs don't work as I've seen before, try from different web browsers.
