Hello:
I have a Cisco Unified Call Manager 5.1.2 and a Unity server 5.0.1.
When someone calls our main number at after hours, it goes to ext.3150, then goes to ext.3151. If nobody answer the call, after 3 rings it forwards to a call center, where they take the message.
Is there a way, I can record a greeting( message) saying "Please Hold, let me transfer you to so and so" after the 3 rings at ext.3151? and how do I do that?
