After hour greeting configuration

Hello:

I have a Cisco Unified Call Manager 5.1.2  and a Unity server 5.0.1.

When someone calls our main number at after hours, it goes to  ext.3150, then  goes to ext.3151. If nobody answer the call, after 3 rings it forwards to a call center, where they take the message.

Is there a way, I can record a greeting( message) saying "Please Hold, let me transfer you to so and so" after the 3 rings at ext.3151? and how do I do that?

You could record that as the greeting for the mailbox the call goes to, or alternatively you can front end the call when Unity is reached with call handler that plays it and immediately transfers to the mailbox.  You would need to remove the current extension from the mailbox and assign to this call handler and provide new extension to the mailbox.
