hi!
CM ver is 4.1.3.
phone firmware is 8.0.3
after reset all phones , phones do not reset.
in event log, device unregistred.
why ? how do i check first ?

Are you performing the reset via CCMAdmin page?
Trying it from SUB web page or PUB web page?
Or restarting CCM.exe ?
Phones registered to SUB or PUB?
Replication is fine?

OK. i reset via ccmadmin page . my ccm is only pub.
phone is 7961.
and,after reload my switch ( connect phones),
phone do not reset any phones.
if switch is problem , how do i check at first ?

Hi -
Why were you resetting the phones in the first place - to correct a problem? Were you applying the phone load you mentioned? If you haven't already contacted TAC on this one, I would. If you were applying phone load change and the phones will no longer register with CallManager, try going back to the prior phone load.
