Good morning, please, if you can help me in this problem:
I have a Cisco Unified 11.0 installed platform.
For three days ago, the RTM tool is showing me the following message:
"UsedDiskSpace: 90 Message String: Common Disk Utilization LWM! AppID: Cisco Log Partition Mnitoring ToolCluster"
I have looked for some solution on the Internet, but all the solutions I find are for versions prior to 11.0.
I can help to solve this problem and be able to delete LOGs that are no longer useful to me.
Waiting for your answer.
Greetings.
Fernando.

Hi Fernando,
Please try the following:
1. Open RTMT tool using the IP address of the publisher. Inside RTMT click on 'Alert Central'.
2. Then select 'LogPartitionLowWaterMarkexceeded'.
3. Right click and select 'Set Alert/Properties' >> click on next.
** Note the current value of logpartitionlowwatermarkexceeded on a notepad. The current value is let say 90%. We need to move it to 50%. Then click next and save the settings.
4. Repeat the previous steps for LogPartitionHighWaterMarkexceeded'.
** Note the current value. Currently it may be set at 95%. Then move the value to 60%. Then click next and save the settings.
5. Then Restart the "Cisco Log Partition Monitoring Tool" service under CCM Serviceability web page -> Tools -- > Network Services.
6. Then wait for 2 hours.
7. Then set the above values of both back to the original(lowwatermark to 85 or 90, highwatermark to 95%).
** Note: This time, you will need to set the value of highwatermark first.
This should clear the unnecessary logging files
