ASCII field speed dial

We are adding speed dials on  Cisco 7961 phone but we can not see the ASCII filed in speed dial.

Due to this, we are facing issue, only display number but no name on the phone screen .

Is there any service to enable ASCII ?

How are the speed dials being added? Can you share the exact procedure.
