ASR1006 DSP-SPA

I was reviewing the differences with the DSP-SPA in the ASR1006 and the PVDM3-256 as used in the 3945E and other gateways - and the PVDM card supports transcoding and conferencing.  I read through the DSP-SPA and found reference to transcoding (and also in the DSP sizing tool) but not conferencing - so does this imply the ASR-1006 with DSP-SPA can not support conferencing?

Ran into this issue myself as we had several codecs being used and the LTI portion worked great. However, heterogeneous or homogeneous conferences could not be done on the SPA-DSP, only local transcoding. Additionally SCCP based trans-coding are also not supported, so even if CUCM wanted to pull in a trans-coder into the CUCM CFB it can not.
