ATA 186 Support for CUCM 9.X

Hi All,

As per the Upgrade Rediness assessment tool ATA 186 has not be validated for CUCM 9.X. Has anyone tested ATA 186 with CUCM 9.X ?

We have 10 ATA 186 in Cluster . We unable to proceed for the upgrade with out this confirmation. Help on this.

Do youknow if ATA 186 is supported also for CUCM 10.0 ?

The word support for a product that is EOL is based on the EOL bulletin

It will work but if the support date has passed then if you have issues there is no TAC support
