Attendant console advance web page error

we installed AC advanced 10.5 and it works successfully after that we changed the hostname for the window then we unable to login to web ,  we got:

attendant console API_NOT_INITIALIZED

any idea?

this error message comes when CUAC server is unable to communicate with the sql database.

please follow the below doc as of now.

in case this donot resolves the issue check below :

1. login into sql management and check if all database ( attcfg and attlog )are in correct state.

2. check sa account is not locked

3. check in dbo.server table is entries are correct in databse. run the below command :

select * from dbo.Server_Details

4. refer the below doc and see the topic " Updating the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Server Host Name "

hello i have the same problem ,  Unable to connect to the server.. Error Data : API_NOT_INITIALIZED" and the link that you post not exist any more could you please give other process to do
