hi ,
I have the problems for receive the calls in client attendant console, but i can receivs them in ip phone.when i will log on in the client attendant console i see the followin message :
the device is out of service. you can not make or receive calls

Hi ,
thanks for your answer ,but my ip phones are properly configure in CUCM because i can spend the call in internel and external.then the problems is in attendant console client or server.

Hi Abdel,
Can you please check if your CTI ports are registered. Also check if the username provided on TSP is the same as the Application user created for CUEAC.

Hi,
I have the same isseu, but it's random (once a week) and just restarting Attendant Console Services solve the problem so I guess is not a configuration issue.
CUCM: 9.1.2
ENT Ac: 9.1.1.10
