When the Attendant Console is open, here is the scenario: a call is answered by the Operator. Another call comes in. The physical phone used to display the new call coming in. Now it doesn't. What might have changed?

What is the queue type (broadcast/forced delivery)?
Can you send me a detailed call flow?
What is the Attendant Console version?

It's forced delivery, version 8.6 but I don't have access to the call flow right now. I will get that information. Thank you for responding.
