AutoDial Cancelled message (Cisco IP Phone)

When a call is being dialled and and inbound call comes into the same phone and then you press dial while its ringing you get an `AutoDial Cancelled' message.



Does anyone know a way to override this or a way to make calls while it is ringing? (with Cisco Attendant Console or from phone)?

Any update on this - we are seeing something similar on a 7970 - CUCM 8

.5 firmware  SCCP70.9-1-1SR1S

can i know how to solve the problem regarding to autodial cancelled....

when i dial a number to my phone no..it appears that message...

how to solve it?

There is no way you can solve this. The reason could be because it is IP.

Hi. It is a bug  CSCtz29414. fixed in 9.3.1

Just reboot the phone and it should clear up afterwards. Worked for me.
