There is a Service number in place that is reachable internally and externally(DID). The call is placed in a loop until someone is free and answers.
Is there a feature where the end user can leave a message or mark there queue position then hang up, and when someone is available it will call them automatically? In the Hunt Pilot has a queue where its working. But can it automatically call when the existing call is completed? Or is this a function of UCCX?
I know of the Call Back softkey button but this isn't the correct solution since most calls are happening over Jabber (no softkey option) and the PSTN.

That is a contact center feature, CUCM has no way to do that.
