Is there a way that I can update a users Active Directory profile IP Phone field with the Directory Number on their Phone from CUCM automatically?
Currently we have a process setup where we are taking an export of the phones that include the extension and owner user id. We have someone who works overnight download the file from CUCM and put it into folder for a script on the AD side that will update the AD profile information with the directory number from that list.
