Hello
I have unity 4.0(4), after we installed SP2 on the exchange server 2003 and rebooted the server, Unity fails to start
I followed the steps on the following doc
and I cannot make the AvCsMgr service to start
any help is greately appreciated

On the security tab of the properties for the mailboxstore in the Exchange System Manager, ensure deny is not checked for "send-as" and "receive-as" rights for the account which the AvCsMgr service is using to log-on as.

Can you please include any errors recorded in the application log of event viewer when you attempt to start Unity?

Thank you very much, that was my problem
the send as/receive as was set as denied
I changed that and Unity is back on line
