Are you pointing to correct folder? Can you post the  screen shot of your configuration. Is sftp service running on WinSCP? Can you look at logs on winSCP side for reasons of the failure?

Just as an FYI winSCP is not oue of the recommaded/supported backup sftp applications by Cisco, though that would not prevent it from working.

Hi

In attachment the screenshot for CM and WinSCP..

Thanks

Reomve . from the path name and just use /

Hi

I tried, but same error "Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server. Please ensure the username and password are correct."

Thanks

Can you try FreeFTPD real quick just to if it is client side issue or server side. Install FreeFTPD from Google.

# Click on Users -> Add -> Enter any login name for example Admin -> Click on Authorization drop down and select “Password stores as SHA1 hash” -> enter any password for example cisco -> Confirm the password -> Click on home directory box and select the location you want backup to go -> uncheck FTP and Check SFTP and click on apply.

 # On Free FTPD Settings window click on SFTP -> Click on “Listen Address” and enter the IP Address of your PC -> Port = 22 -> Max. no. of connections = 0 , Idle timeout = 0 -> SFTP root directory and select

Have you already tried restarting the DRS services??

HTH

java

if this helps, please rate

no, it is up and running the service

Then, you should try it, that is usually the very first thing to do.

How i can restart, and is that will effect on production network?

From CUCM CLI:

utils service restart Cisco DRF Master

utils service restart Cisco DRF Local

No impact on production
