I am getting the CTIOS tookkit agent client error 10125 You have attempted to login into an invalid instrument. I am using an IP communicator. I have associated this with the pg jtapi user as far I could tell. How do you resolve this basic login issue? Please see attachment.

If you fell the configuration is all ok, make sure to reset all PG service and also CTI oS. And also the CTI manager in Call manager. Unassociate the phone from the Jtapi user before doing this and reassocite the phone after resetting all the services.
Turn the logging on on the Agnet Desk top and check what you see in the log or past it here

Thank you for thr response. Fortunate due to a power outage all servers were restarted over the last week-end. I am still having the basic login failure - it keeps saying invalid instrument - this is in the
RS3168.0905.082454
