We purchased a pair of BE7000 which were preloaded with Cisco UC Virtualization Hypervisor edition. We want to use Prime Collaboration Deployment to migrate and upgrade our existing MCS servers so we purchased the licenses for Cisco UC Virtualization Foundation edition since PCD isn't compatible with the hypervisor edition.
How do we upgrade the BE7000's from Hypervisor to Foundation? One of the BE7000's is already running a production VM.

You should be able to enter the new key on the licensing configuration section in vSphere on the BE7000 server. It should not cause any downtime on the production VM.

I entered the new license and it changed the OS edition to Foundation without any downtime or problem.
