I am looking for the best architecture for integrate some international branch offices into our CUCM + IM&P network.
Theses branch offices are connected to the main voice network by MPLS but is not possible that a branch office device see the whole voice network, therefore we cannot use the preferred architecture.
After this inconvenience we thought to use a TRP to have a single point of connection for signaling a media streams but if we do so we loose BFCP desktop sharing functionality for Jabber and TelePresence.
Another idea is use CME in the branch office, but on the Cisco Documentation I have not been able to found if a Jabber registered in CUCM and a Jabber registered in CME have full interoperability.
As the branch office have their own PSTN access would not be possible use MRA to register the Jabber's clients because then the media should have to reach the Expressway platform to return to the local gateway.
Any idea?
