Just curious, how do I use the Bulk Admin Tool to migrate the VG248's configuration over to VG320.
I understand that it is for bulk administration of configuration? I just have one VG248 that I need to migrate over. Also, what file does it need? I was able to get the VG248 files via ftp which consists of user.cfg, user.cfg.xml and two tar files (vgc-diag-1-0.1.tar and vgc-main.1.-3-1.tar).
Is it also included with Call Manager version 6.1.4 and if so, where can I get it? thanks - LN
