Hi,
I am trying to run a report on a customer cucm version 9.1.2 as I need to export translation patterns. However when logging into the cucm administration the Bulk administration drop down menu isn't there any more.
I have tried to access the cucm via different web browsers and different OS's but this makes no difference. I also notice that no one else has experienced this issue, can anyone help at help?

First question for you? Are you sure the node you are accessing is a publisher. This feature is only available on the publisher.

Second question have you ensured the Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service is enable and running. I don't think I have ever seen this service disable which causes the option to be removed. I have seen issues with CPU and CUCM not getting enough resources or still booting where menu options don't exist but they normally come back when cpu has leveled out or server is fully booted. I would make sure you check RTMT if you are sure you are accessing the pub.
